At Oasis Home & Garden, we want you to love every piece you bring into your sanctuary. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a pickup for oversized furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
