Currently, Oasis Home & Garden ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for indoor textiles?
We offer a 30-day return window for all rugs, pillows, and throws, provided they are in original, unused condition with tags attached. Please note that return shipping fees may apply.
Are your outdoor furniture sets weather-resistant?
Yes, our outdoor collections are crafted from premium materials like Grade-A teak, powder-coated aluminum, and UV-resistant synthetic wicker designed to withstand various climates and prevent fading.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?

Do you provide assembly services for large items?
We offer a 'White Glove Delivery & Assembly' upgrade at checkout for select heavy furniture pieces. This service includes room-of-choice delivery, full assembly, and removal of all packaging materials.
